Founders Rajeev and Smita Srivastava knew there was a better way than purchasing bulk paper forms or using inaccessible self‑service platforms, so they developed eFile360 to be the best cost‑effective, self‑service option for businesses. They continue to serve businesses and their personnel to make tax season easier every year.
We are an IRS-authorized e‑file provider.
eFile360 electronically files 1099, 1098, W‑2, and ACA forms on behalf of our customers. We submit 1099, 1098, and ACA forms to the IRS and W‑2 forms to the Social Security Administration (SSA).
We also support Combined Federal and State Filing for participating states.
We are SOC 2 compliant with the AICPA.
eFile360 has completed the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 1 compliance audit and has passed without exception according to the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). SOC 2 establishes the requirements for Trust Services Principles, which describes the principles on which a service organization’s controls are measured: security, availability, processing integrity,confidentiality, and privacy.
