Privacy Policy
We use the information you provide to us only for the purpose of processing your information returns. We do not and never will sell or share your information with anyone unless required by law, even if you no longer use our services.
We only collect information that is absolutely necessary in order to serve you. We do not knowingly solicit or receive any information from minors.
We use the tax return information that you have provided only to provide the tax return services that you have requested. Except as described herein, we neither disclose tax return information to third parties nor use it to market third parties’ products and services. For our records, we may, in our sole discretion, retain original and updated information for reasons such as technical constraints, dispute resolution, troubleshooting, and agreement enforcement.
Before you can use the services on the site, we ask that you sign up for a free account with us and provide us with your personal information, including your name, e‑mail address, and a password. We store this information so that you can access our site securely and set up password.
User Agreement
The “user” is any person or entity who registers with eFile360 and uses eFile360’s online platform for his/her own information return processing needs or as a service provider. There can be one or many filing entities under one registered user. eFile360 only supports the user, not the filing entities. For security purposes, eFile360 will only honor the request from a registered user.
Users are expected to provide accurate information to us. They are responsible for providing wrong or fraudulent information and may be penalized by the IRS or SSA. The user is expected to review form details before completing an order and if a mistake is made, they are expected to file a correction form immediately.
Users are responsible for providing us with their fling information in a timely manner. Users will be responsible for any late filing penalty imposed by the IRS or SSA.
Users are expected to use our application from a secure network. Users are responsible for keeping the password secure and are not supposed to share the password with anyone else. Users are expected to lock their screen or log out of our application if they are leaving their computer unattended. Users are expected to change employee login information in our user platform immediately on employee departure.
eFile360 is not a tax advisor and cannot provide any tax guidelines. Users understand that we are only a service provider for information returns filing. Any information we pass on to our Users cannot be construed as tax advice. Users are highly encouraged to consult with their accountants concerning tax questions.
eFile360 is responsible to provide technical and processing support to the user. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.
eFiles360 stores user data for four years based on IRS regulations. Data will only be released to the registered user e-mail address on record.
